1. Parties and Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of advertising space, sponsored links, and sponsored articles on ticketscostadelsol.com between Virginia López Millán (“the Publisher”) and the company or professional purchasing them (“the Advertiser”). They are intended exclusively for companies and professionals.
2. Formats
Banners in the locations indicated in the current rate card.
Sponsored text links.
Sponsored articles written by the Publisher or provided by the Advertiser and reviewed by the Publisher.
The characteristics, dimensions, and prices for each format are listed in the rate card or in the accepted quote.
3. Contract and Payment
The contract is formalized upon completing the purchase on the website or upon accepting the quote. Payment is made in advance. Prices include 21% VAT unless otherwise indicated.
4. Ad Content
The Advertiser is solely responsible for the content of their ads and guarantees that it is truthful, legal, and that they hold the rights to the text, images, and trademarks. We do not accept ads that are misleading, unlawful, or related to alcohol, tobacco, sexual content, gambling, illegal products, or those containing discriminatory messages or offensive language.
The Publisher may reject or remove any advertisement that violates these terms or its editorial policy. If an advertisement is removed for reasons attributable to the Advertiser, no refund will be issued.
5. Identification and Links
All ads and sponsored content are identified as advertising, in accordance with the LSSI. Paid links include the rel="sponsored" attribute required by Google. The Publisher does not guarantee any search engine ranking results.
6. Statistics
The Publisher provides the Advertiser with a report on impressions and clicks. These figures are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee a minimum number of visits, clicks, or sales, unless expressly agreed upon.
7. Duration and Cancellation
The campaign runs for the contracted period. The Advertiser may cancel it by providing 10 days’ written notice; the amount paid for the period already in progress is non-refundable. The Publisher may suspend the service due to non-payment or breach of contract.
8. Liability
The Publisher is not liable for temporary service interruptions due to technical causes beyond its control. In any case, the Publisher’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected campaign.
9. Data Protection
The Advertiser’s data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Each party is responsible for complying with data protection regulations within its respective jurisdiction.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Málaga.
